PERSONALIZED MEALS
My meal plans will aid in transforming you into your dream body. Based on your personal goals, your meals will provide you with the required calories and macronutrient breakdowns you need.
There are a range of dietary options you can choose from!. Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Keto, General or Pescatarian.
PROGRAM DELIVERY VIA APP
We provide the program through a URL link generated by our internal application. Upon opening the link, you can access your personalized program tutorial video, customized meal plan, personalized workout plan, and exercise tutorial video
PROGRESS TRACKING
After exercising on your scheduled day by accessing the provided URL, remember to click the “SUBMIT PLAN” button at the end of your workout session. This action will not only display your weekly or monthly workout frequency to you but also to us, fostering accountability and self-commitment to maintain a consistent workout routine. Additionally, submitting new pictures before the start of each month is required to track and observe your progress.
SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP
Online Meeting with coach:
If you require additional information and support, you have the option to schedule an online call with the coach.
Private Facebook Community:
You will be granted access to a private Facebook group, where you can share your feedback, workout videos, meals, or ask anything related to your health.
Weekly Live Q&A :
The coach will conduct a live video session in the private Facebook group once a week to address and answer your questions.
WhatsApp Support:

MEET YOUR COACH
HI ! I’M ASAD
In 2004, I began my fitness journey as a skinny and tall individual, standing at 5.11 feet and weighing just 57 kilograms. I followed a beginner’s routine called the “first list,” provided by the gym owner, who wasn’t a trainer though.
I continued my training happily. About 3 months later, I was pleasantly surprised to see my chest and biceps had improved.
I gained people’s attention and received praise for my improvements. At 19, with just a year of exercise experience, I secured a job as a trainer at a top city gym. This boosted my confidence, affecting how I talked, dressed, and felt, making me energetic all the time.
In 2009, I became a certified personal trainer, which was a turning point in my career.
I am proud to hold the NASM CPT certification, which I worked hard to achieve, gaining extensive knowledge in health and fitness to train systematically based on evidence-based practices.
I’ve trained over 900 individuals, ranging in age from 14 to 60, both male and female. My genuine desire is to assist people in improving their mental and physical well-being.
I strongly believe that fitness holds greater value than just looking good in the mirror, whether your goal is significant weight loss or achieving extreme muscularity.
With my coaching, you’ll get a plan that is specific to you and your goals + accountability and support you need to reach those goals.

There are no limits on messages. I’m here to help. So don’t worry about needing to ask me about details or clarification, or if you just have general questions. I’d rather you rely on me than on trying to find something in Google.

FAQ
GOFIT Online Personal Training Program is a 60 day fitness program developed based on your body type and fitness goal. Workout plan and meal plan will be designed according to your strengths/weaknesses.
Our mission is to make fitness sustainable so you can get long-lasting results. Our program is easy to follow and comes with whatsapp support. We are here to support you along the way and make any necessary changes. Every month, your program will be updated.
1 to 1 (in person) personal training requires physical presence (face to face) where in GOFIT Online Personal Training you will receive the program online via URL link with the workout plan, exercise tutorial videos and meal plan.
We design the plan, and explain the entire process so it is very easy to follow. You also get access to our coach via whatsapp.
Our regular price is 5000 BDT for 60 days program
This program is online only.
You can book a call with the coach after signing up and also can exchange messages by WhatsApp.
GOFIT program is evidence based and designed for your body type & fitness goals
Step 1 – We take your fitness assessment
Step 2 – We calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), which tells us how much calories you need on regular basis, This is based on factors including age, height, weight, gender, activity level and body fat percentage.
Step 3 – We design your meal plan based on your body and fitness goals
Step 4 – We design the training program – Choose to have your program designed for the gym or for home (including bodyweight only training). Only have limited time to train? You can choose to train 3-6 days a week (based on your schedule).
Step 5 – Support
We are with you every step of the way to ensure you can follow our program. You can reach out to us on whatsapp. Our team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions and make changes as required. Then it is a matter of following the simple steps and trusting the process.
Step 6 – Monthly Review
Update your details and we will design your new 4-week program
With the help of our guideline, If you are regular to workout and committed to your diet plan you will surely reach your realistic goal.
You need to be committed to at least 60 days of following the program.
We take measurements, weight, pictures when you start and on monthly basis to review your progress. For your workouts, you will input in our coaching app, we will be able to view your progress over time.
